I would love a straightforward alternative to my much loved but complex David Thompson books and this looks just the ticket …

Because I’ve just read your review and my mouth is watering! I love books that concentrate on home style cooking rather than restaurant food.

Just read your review on this book and I am craving Thai food now. Can’t wait to see the dishes you cook from it! I’d love to win a copy as I’ve been looking for a Thai cookbook focused on home cooks and this seems to be exactly that. Thank you for organising the give away!

I’d just love to stretch my culinary boundaries a bit. I make a mean Thai green curry…with a paste from a jar. I’m sure I could better with this book!

This book looks fab Kavey, I really enjoy Thai food but haven’t really mastered it at home yet. Maybe this book will help!

I did a cookery course when I was in Thailand a few years ago, I learnt how to make my own pastes, papaya salad, green curry and pad Thai, all the students then sat down to a feast while the sun set. I loved it so much and would dearly love to find other recipes to extend my knowledge of authentic Thai food

I love cooking food from other cultures and although I love Thai food, I really haven’t ever tried out cooking it myself, I think this book would help me do just that!

I have tried cooking Thai food in the past but it always gets so complicated – it sounds as if if Kaye’s book will set me on the right path, so I would love a copy.

I keep seeing this book around, it looks great, and although I’ve eaten a fair amount of Thai food I cook very little. I cleaned my wok burner yesterday, so I’m all ready for it!

I love Thai food, so this book would be great for me to expand me repertoire beyond a green curry and a pad Thai.
