I’d love to win this book because my 19-year-old daughter is THE fussiest eater ever. (Yes, I did say 19!) She literally survives on chicken nuggets and lettuce wraps or chicken and cheese wraps and NOTHING else and yet whenever she comes to the supermarket with me, she always comments about how nice the Thai food looks. The trouble is, I’m not a great cook so I’m hoping that if I were to win, this book will teach me how to cook Thai food and that my daughter will start to eat more than just two meals.

My husband’s coriander allergy and hatred of fish sauce means that we’ve tried very little Thai food, despite loving other Asian cuisines, so cooking it from scratch would mean I could adapt the recipes to suit his needs and at last we would be able to experience it.

I love Thai food. There seems to be a shortage of real good Thai restaurants. Chilli Banana is about the best out there. This book will hopefully reduce the need for me to find any more restaurants.

We love Thai food in this house, but seem to be stuck in a rut with the same few dishes that we cook. I need some simple extra ideas and this book would be a fantastic help. We would most likely use it every week!

I’d love to win as I love Thai food. However, because I am vegetarian I can’t eat certain dishes at restaurants because they often contain fish sauce even if they say they are made with no meat. If I could make them at home then I would no longer have to worry about this.

Thai meals are soooo delicious (especially, when you have a fussy 6-year old who enjoys it, you do tend to celebrate the discovery :)) and to be able to get my hands on easy meals that don’t demand hours of preparation, is a welcoming treat. This cookbook is a big WIN-WIN for my family.
