You can enter the giveaway in 2 ways – entering both ways increases your chances of winning:

  • Each prize is a copy of Wild Honey and Rye published by Pavilion Books. Delivery to a UK address is included.

    I’m not sure if you mean that question about the vegetables. If that’s right then peas… but if you want to know what I like from the recipe book – I rathr like the sound of Curd Cheese, Honey & Walnuts on Toast

    My children are half Eastern European; with changing borders over the years I imagine many Polish recipes are very similar to those from the Czech Republic and Slovakia, so it would be good to have a copy of this book and try out some recipes on them. I certainly remember my mother-in-law talking about gathering mushrooms during her childhood.

    I would love to win so I could gift this to my sister for her wedding. Her fiancee is Polish and she always says she would love to try to cook Polish cuisine so this book would be great for her 🙂

    I’d love this book, I am Polish, but have lived in the UK for a long time (like Ren), and have followed Ren. It is always lovely to see a fresh take on Polish dishes.

    I know FAR too little about Polish food, and I’d always thought of it as heavy and stodgy but the recipes in this look much lighter, fresher and brought bang up to date. I’d love to use it to explore a new-to-me cuisine with.

    My grandad was Ukrainian so I grew up on varenyky. Absolutely delicious. We always made them with cheese and potatoes, served with caramelised onions and soured cream. Hungry now! Would love to try so other flavours and see what else I’m missing

    My husband and I are off to Poland for a short trip in November to sample some of its culinary delights! I know we’re going to fall in love with it and want to re-create our own versions at home. Eastern European is one cuisine we don’t cook much at home but I’d love to learn more about it and add it to our repertoire!
