You can enter the giveaway in 2 ways – entering both ways increases your chances of winning:

  • Each prize is a copy of Veggie Desserts + Cakes published by Pavilion Books. Delivery to a UK address is included.

  • One blog entry per person only. One Twitter entry per person only. You may enter both ways but you do not have to do so for each individual entry to be valid.

    I keep toying with the idea of using parsnips as they are already quite sweet, but I’ve yet to settle on a recipe to trial them in a sweet recipe

    I’d be interested in trying tomatoes, our home grown ones tend to have an inherent sweetness that I always think would be glorious in an ice cream or sorbet.
